Goat's Milk Fudge

We've finally developed a Fudge worthy of making with our girls' precious milk!  This is an amazing creamy chocolate fudge, studded with walnuts throughout.  Really great stuff!

Available in a 1-pound box which divides nicely into 24 ~1"x1" squares.

We take the finest, freshest, Arizona Grown fancy pecan halves, lightly toast them, toss them in one of our special spice blends then toast them some more for a crisp snacking treat.

This AWARD WINNING cheese is made from tiny 14-gallon batches of milk, 100% from our own free-range Nubian goat herd then carefully brine-ripened.  In addition to our creamy, fresh-tasting plain Feta, we also offer it marinated with several different flavor combinations.

Our Boule is an original artisan cheeses developed by us at Black Mesa Ranch to showcase some the exceptional characteristics of our fine, rich milk. Each hand-made Boule (which means “ball”) is gently shaped from lightly cultured, warm cheese curds then quickly cooled to preserve the fresh taste. A creamy cheese, good for just eating, this cheese is also an outstanding melty cooking cheese. These 1-lb (approximate) cheeses are sold whole, by the piece only.

All About Shipping

Shipping of our products is available only within the continental USA without special arrangements.

Appropriate shipping charges will be added and tallied in the Market Basket for each order, based on shipping weight and destination.   

PLEASE make sure that you have selected the correct state on the main market basket page for where your order is being SHIPPED.  Shipping costs are calculated from this selection.  Errors in selection may result in either overcharges for shipping OR delays in shipping  if we need to contact you for payment of additional shipping costs.

Every order from Black Mesa Ranch is shipped to ensure that our customers get their products in perfect condition. This often requires expedited shipping and/or special packaging.  It is our policy to charge actual shipping costs, as closely as we can calculate them in advance.  We ship using insulated shipping containers and ice gel packs, as necessary, to protect your order.  To assure that orders don't sit on a truck somewhere over a weekend we generally ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to all but the closest destinations.

We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3-day select depending on the destination and products ordered.
