Summer 2012: Splash's daughters are really cranking out the milk, and looking quite lovely as they do that. We are very sorry that the Six M Galaxy herd has now been dispersed, the 6MG herd is famous for producing beautiful, milky animals. We are very glad to have Splash here with us. Summer 2011: Splash's daughters haven't let us down. They are productive, beautiful, and sweet. Splash is proving himself to be a valuable member of our team. Congratulations to Splash and his breeders at Six M Galaxy - Slash has now earned his Superior Genetics title and his Elite Sire status. Great work, buddy! Summer 2010: Splash is a big sweetheart. He comes up to have his head scratched each morning and insists on giving me a kiss on my cheek. We kept quite a few of Splashes' daughters this year and are anxious to see how well they freshen next spring. Summer 2009: Splash has settled right in with the other bigger boys and seems right at home. He is growing up well and getting more handsome every day. His kids are looking long, stylish, and splashy, and we look forward to having some of them freshen next year. Summer 2008: We'd like to welcome Splash to the BMR herd. Splash comes from the high production herd of Six M Galaxy. Splash is incredibly dairy and correct, he is also a real sweetheart and loves attention. When we decided to purchase Splash we thought we were getting a black and tan buckling, but - SURPRISE - Splash has the Six M Galaxy "magic spots" (AKA Moon Spots). Spots that show up after birth and continue to spread. This guy could look quite different as he grows up! Regardless of the spots, we are confident that he will grow into a beautiful fella and give us lots of productive offspring. |
